In this video, the author Jeff Thayer shares his vision of why he created StarFish - The Evolution of People at Work as an eBook and as a paperback book. Essentially the structure is designed to people have access to the novel and more to the information in the novel at an affordable cost. As cyber-bridges, QR Codes are used in the eBook novel in the chapters to give readers immediate access on smart phones and tablets to a much deeper understanding of what is discussed by the characters in the novel.
